The Omemee Medical Centre has two physicians and a nurse practioner.

The centre works collaboratively with the Kawartha Lakes Health Care Initiative (KLHCI) to bring new as well as experienced physicians to the City of Kawartha Lakes.

The OMC is located in the rural village on the Pigeon River close to public and private schools, churches and all amenities. It is minutes from the Trans-Canada Highway and offers easy commuting to Lindsay, Peterborough, Oshawa and Toronto. For the nature enthusiast there are hiking trails, fishing, boating and parks.
